Rental Policy

  • Due to the limited availability, all "Prepaid" and "Pay Now" offers are final and non-refundable.
  • Due to the limited availability, the minimum rental required is four weeks until further notice.
  • Rates are guaranteed only with confirmed reservation. "confirmation code is required." Due to the limited availability, all deposits paid to make the reservation are non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation. If the rental car is not picked up within 3 days of the original pick up date, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit paid is non-refundable.
  • All offered cars on the website are subject to availability; all rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Special rates offered are for "Los Angeles and LA county use only" unless it is agreed and stated on the rental agreement.
  • Mileage included is 75 miles per day unless otherwise stated on the rental agreement.
  • For all "Local Use Only" rentals, the rental vehicle shall not be taken farther than 60 miles radius of the city of Los Angeles. If the car is taken without the company's written authorization, a $75.00 per day charge would be applied for the days that the rental vehicle is used beyond the area. In addition, customers would be fully responsible for the cost of repair, possible breakdown and physical damage, and any other related fees such as towing fees while they are using the rental beyond the authorized area.
  • For all "Southern California Use Only" rentals, the rental car shall not be taken farther than 120 miles radius of city of Los Angeles . If the vehicle is taken without the company's written authorization, a $75.00 per day charge would be applied for the days that the rental car is used beyond the area. In addition, customers would be fully responsible for the cost of repair, possible breakdown and physical damage, and any other related fees such as towing fees while they are using the rental beyond the authorized area.

  • DEZ INC. DBA ARROW RENT A CAR accepts National and International driver's licenses. A National driver's license should accompany an international driver's license.

  • All quotes are valid for 24 hours. All reservations must be confirmed within 24 hours.

  • DEZ INC. DBA ARROW RENT A CAR does not charge airport and underage fees for over five days rentals. Driver must be over 21 at the time of the rental, carry an actual and valid driver's license, and have a major credit card.

  • DEZ INC. DBA ARROW RENT A CAR operates on a first-come, first-served basis. To guarantee rates, customers must make a reservation and get a confirmation number before the pickup date. Reservations can be made over the phone or via email.

  • DEZ INC. DBA ARROW RENT A CAR accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, and Master Cards.

  • Free Tourist Attraction brochures are available.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • DEZ INC. DBA ARROW RENT A CAR offers one child seat free of charge on rentals over five days and with advanced requests.

  • Per the company's policy, the minimum age required for renting a car is 21 years old.

  • Due to limited car availability, there will be no refund in case of early return or termination of the rental agreement.

  • Rental cars are prohibited from entering Mexico at any time.
  • All rental vehicles are absolutely "smoke-free," and violation of this policy would result in charge of up to $500.00 per day.
